We are an architectural practice focused on creating sustainable spaces that capture our client’s aspirations.

Our story

We focus on the end-user and the experience; they aspire to have when they use the space.

Our design approach is collaborative, we work together as a team and involve the client in the design process.
We allow the client to experience the journey of creating the spaces.

We hold true to the principles of architecture and we believe in building spaces that are both timeless and relevant to the present specific needs.
Sustainability is critical in our design process; we endeavour to actively give back and improve the environment where our projects are set in.

Our Process:
Inception

We let the client explain and illustrate where possible, their dreams and aspirations concerning the project. We use this information to come up with design ideas that give guidance to the direction we should take.

Design
Proposals

We develop possible solutions to the design we intend to come up with. This is very critical since in this stage we think through all possible scenarios and create solutions for any anticipated challenge that we may encounter due to site conditions. We are also able to come up with accurate cost projections and get approvals from local governments. at this stage.

Design
Detailing

We further develop the design into intricate details, documenting each aspect of the construction process. We are able to leverage technology to develop 3D models of our designs and enhance clients’ interaction with the design.

Construction
Supervision

We finally launch the project on-site and diligently supervise the construction of the project as designed. We help the client get the best contractor to do the building on-site.
